General information

 

 

 

The sauna and bathing regulations serve to ensure the safety, order and cleanliness of the sauna and wellness areas. By entering the Hotel Insel der Sinne GmbH & Co. KG, every guest acknowledges these and all other regulations issued to maintain operational safety.

 

 

Guests are requested to show consideration for one another and to observe the sauna and bathing regulations. Behavior in all rooms must be consistent with personal hygiene and cleanliness. We would ask you to clean yourself thoroughly before using the saunas. All facilities must be treated with care. If you have any health problems, we advise you to consult your doctor before visiting the saunas.

 

 

 

 

Opening hours and access

 

The wellness and sauna area is open from 9:00 to 0:00 for hotel guests. From 9:00 - 12:00 our hotel pool is also open to children accompanied by adults. Outside of this time, the sauna and relaxation area with pool is reserved for adults and teenagers aged 14 and over. This area is a retreat for all those seeking peace and quiet in nature. 

 

 

 

Body cleansing / clothing

 

Swimming pool and sauna facilities may only be used after thorough body cleansing. The use of soap or shower gel is not permitted outside the shower rooms. Do not swim or use the sauna with open wounds. Please refrain from wearing street clothes in the wellness area and wear appropriate clothing or a bathrobe.

 

 

 

 

Behavior

 

  • Every guest must behave in the facility in such a way that no other guest feels inconvenienced by them. Guests are requested to behave in such a way that safety, order and cleanliness are not compromised.
  • For reasons of hygiene, the pool and sauna area may not be entered with street shoes.
  • There is no entitlement to a seat or lounger. These may also not be reserved by placing towels, bags etc. on them. If items are placed on sun loungers for this purpose, they will be removed by the staff.
  • Sun loungers may only be used with a carpet pad (towel or bathrobe).
  • The water areas may only be entered via the designated entrances.
  • Noise and music are not permitted.
  • Jumping, pushing or throwing objects or other people into the pool or lake is not permitted.
  • Please only use the designated paths, stairs and ladders. The operator accepts no liability for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from non-use. Any liability is also excluded for everyday hazards. Please switch off your cell phone or put it on silent mode when entering the facility.
  • Out of consideration for other guests, the taking of photos and video recordings is not permitted in the entire wellness area.
  • Fragile containers made of glass, ceramics or similar are not permitted in the entire wellness and beach area.
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in the designated areas. The consumption of pipe tobacco, cigarillos and cigars is not permitted in the wellness area.

 

 

Sauna facility

 

Guided sauna infusions by instructed specialist staff take place several times a day. Outside of these times, you can pour your own water on your own responsibility. You may not use your own sauna essences. Please use the sauna sheets provided in the dry saunas and avoid direct body contact with the wooden furniture. Please put used sheets in the laundry baskets provided for this purpose. Damages In the event of misuse, culpable soiling or negligent and intentional damage, the person causing the damage is liable for the damage. The responsible managerial staff on site and the management are entitled to take the personal details of the perpetrator in order to secure claims for damages. The operator accepts no liability for any discoloration/ bleaching/ damage to clothing, towels, jewelry or watches (e.g. due to the special nature of the pool water or any infusion residues in the sauna). The operator accepts no liability for damage caused by physical injury. 

 

 

Liability

 

The use of the sauna and wellness areas of the Hotel Insel der Sinne GmbH & Co. KG and their ancillary facilities by guests is at their own risk, notwithstanding the operator's obligation to maintain the sauna and wellness areas and their ancillary facilities in a safe condition. The operator is not liable for force majeure. Furthermore, the liability of the operator and its vicarious agents for simple negligence is excluded. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health. Only use the pool with counter-current system and Lake Berzdorf if you are able to swim. These house and bathing rules are binding for all guests of the Hotel Insel der Sinne GmbH & Co. KG by entering the hotel. The operator excludes all liability in the event of non-compliance. In case of doubt, the landlord reserves the right to expel guests from the premises without reimbursement of the accommodation price.
