Please book your treatments well in advance of your arrival so that we can schedule your preferred dates.
Due to high demand, there are often no available appointments once you arrive. Out of respect for the guests following you, please understand that if you are late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.

Cancel an appointment
If you are unable to keep your wellness appointment, please cancel in a timely manner—another guest will surely be happy to take your place. Please notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of your treatment. In the event of a later cancellation, we ask for your understanding that we will charge the full price.
Clothing
Please come to your treatment wearing a bathrobe. We’re happy to provide you with disposable underwear and will always respect your privacy.
You’ll get dressed and undressed in the treatment room. Please note that only the sauna area is a nude area.
Time for relaxation and quiet
Our Inselzeit SPA is a place of relaxation, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and refrain from using cell phones.
After your treatment, we recommend taking a short rest while enjoying a refreshing glass of water or a warm
herbal tea. This is already included with every treatment lasting 60 minutes or longer.
