Fresh, healthy and genuine - that is our motto in the kitchen. We cook in the rhythm of nature, following the seasons, with seasonal and predominantly regional products. The respectful treatment of nature's delicacies, animals and resources is particularly close to our hearts. In summer and autumn, we are supplied with vegetables from the Obermühle garden. The cooperation with regional farmers and fishermen also minimises transport distances and contributes to CO² reduction.
