Hotel Insel der Sinne GmbH & Co. KG is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Enhancement Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG).

The following content is currently not, or only partially, accessible:

 PDF documents: Older PDF files are not accessible. Newer documents are being adapted step by step.
Videos: Embedded videos currently do not include subtitles or audio descriptions, as they are intended purely for atmospheric presentation.

 
Images without alternative text: Some images on the website do not yet have appropriate alternative text. This is being updated gradually.

 
Plain language & sign language: Translations of essential content into plain (easy-to-read) language and German Sign Language are currently not available.

 
Evaluation Method

 
The website’s accessibility was evaluated internally between April 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025.
We were supported by the company DRANTOS, which also implemented technical optimizations in terms of accessibility.
The evaluation was carried out manually and automatically based on the criteria of EN 301 549.
